The countdown is ON for our Velvet Night Pre-Pride Party! In just 3 weeks we’re kicking off Cardiff Pride weekend under the Velvet disco ball🪩
Come join us on Friday 12th June for a special PRIDE edition of VELVET NIGHT! We’re ready to fill the room with love, laughter and community joy to start the weekend loud and proud! 🏳️🌈✨
Here’s how the night breaks down:
🍸 7:30 PM: Social Mingle & Live DJ Jukebox
Ease into the evening with an optional bar meal and cocktails. It’s the perfect low-key start to connect, make new friends, and shake off any arrival nerves. PLUS, you'll control the music! Scan our QR code to use the LIVE DJ JUKEBOX and pick your tracks in real-time straight from your phone. 📲🎶
🪩 9:00 PM: The Velvet Disco!
We move into celebration mode. Time to unleash your inner dancing queen and party in true Velvet style! 🎵💃

Velvet Night! Come join our lesbian and queer women social and disco night. Velvet is held at Peppermint Club, a trendy, low-lit venue for our exclusive use in Cardiffs City Centre.
If you'd like to to meet and socialise with other gay women, and, perhaps throw some shapes on the dance floor - come along! Newcomers and solos very welcome.
The evening begins at 7:30pm with a social mixer over pre drinks and food - the perfect way for those coming alone to get to know others.
