Healthier Fare For The Holiday's!
In this hands-on cooking class, imagine replacing your turkey with a stuffed cauliflower, and for something more substantial add to your menu rich risotto and herbed biscuits made richer by a substitute cream cheese.
Menu:
• Baked Cauliflower Stuffed with Classic Bread Stuffing
• Butternut Squash, Sage, Brown Butter Risotto
• Cream Cheese Herbed Biscuits
Ages 16 - 18+ yrs
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Your purchase includes:
- One seat in the class
- Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
- Live step-by-step cooking instruction
Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
