Meet with other local providers and learn more about how Rock Recovery supports the journey to freedom for those who struggle with disordered eating through its weight inclusive and trauma-informed therapy, community support and empowerment programs.
Rock Recovery's services include:
- Meal-support therapy groups (Adults)
- Body image therapy groups (Adults and teens)
- Individual therapy sessions (Adults and teens)
- Nationwide faith-based support groups (Adults and teens)

Rock Recovery is a nonprofit based in Arlington, VA that supports the journey to freedom from disordered eating. We bridge gaps in resources for eating disorder treatment and community education by removing the barriers of stigma, cost and accessibility. Rock Recovery welcomes and serves people from all walks of life working to overcome disordered eating (i.e. binge eating disorder, bulimia, anorexia, chronic dieting, etc.).
