Vegetarian cooking doesn’t have to feel complicated—this class will show you how easy and delicious it can be! Join us at the farm for a fresh and flavorful workshop focused on plant-based cooking using seasonal ingredients and simple methods you can master at home.
We’ll start with a chef-led demonstration on preparing whole grains including quinoa, farro, and creamy polenta, followed by how to roast vegetables for maximum flavor and texture. We’ll also make two versatile sauces you can use again and again to upgrade your weeknight meals.
After the demo, guests will assemble their own grain bowls using farm-fresh vegetables, grains, sauces, herbs, and toppings.
What we’ll cover:
-how to cook quinoa and farro perfectly
-creamy stovetop polenta
-roasting vegetables (temperature, seasoning, doneness)
-building flavor with sauces
-combining textures
-seasonal produce overview
*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
