Slow Food member and vegan Chef Libby Smith and her partner in cooking Chef Jacoya Brayboy will be teaching a vegetarian entertaining (veg boards, small plates) cooking demo September 11 from 6:00-7:30. The event is at Bella Nonnas Olive Oil & Vinegar, 1409 E. 70th St, Shreveport.Ticket includes the demonstration and small plates of each item prepared. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. You may BYO beer and wine. You must be 21 to consume alcohol at the event.
Tickets are $25 General Admission, $20 current Slow Food members (discount code emailed to address on file). Ticket sales are in advance only (click above to purchase) and end September 10; there will be no sales at the door.
