About this Event
Reducing how much meat we eat has health benefits, environmental benefits … and can save you money at the same time! Get some basics on how to make foods that are healthy and taste good without including meat. If you’re trying to have some meatless meals each week, this is the class for you.
The class participants will get information about planning meals without meat. The class will prepare and sample some vegetarian dishes. Lots of recipes will be provided to get you started. Bring containers to take extra food home.
