This January, NoLIta celebrates their fully vegan authentic Italian menu with Veganuary - the annual challenge in January that promotes and educates about veganism by encouraging people to follow a vegan lifestyle for the month of January! 🌱
As well as their A La Carte Menu NoLIta wants to cater to everybody so they have created plant-based dishes with this vegan menu curated by the excellent kitchen team at NoLIta, this January 2026, NoLIta are encouraging people to come in and try the Vegan Menu to show it’s the same, authentic Italian taste with none of the animal products🍝🍕

About Dev Skehan
Vegan influencer Dev Skehan is an adventurous, lifestyle content creator and actor based in Dublin.
She found her love for producing authentic, fun-loving and creative content during lockdown in 2020. She adores travelling and fashion. Dev can be found running around European Cities in a ballgown and making unique video content for both TikTok and Instagram.
Dev is not afraid to be raw and unapologetically herself which springs from her degree in Theatre and Drama Studies. She is a little ray of sunshine who teaches positivity and gratitude is the key to real wealth. She wants to offer a safe, inspiring and motivational space on the internet where everyone is accepted for who they are and are encouraged that everything is possible. She enjoys everything life has to offer from working out, self dates and journaling to dressing up, jetting off and enjoying a few cocktails.”

About Three Cents
Created by bartenders for bartenders, the premium craft mixer Three Cents quickly distinguished itself in an extremely competitive market, becoming a favourite among bartenders worldwide.. Four men of completely different backgrounds decided to study, experiment and advance the production process of the original soda fountain machine.
After a long experimental process, the group managed to capture and sustain all the flavour with just the right amount of bubbles, and so the first Three Cents Soda was introduced to the market.
