This October, three talented chefs will test their creativity to present the most exquisite and delectable vegan dishes you've ever tasted. The best part? You get to taste all three dishes and vote for your favorite! It’s a live cooking showdown where you are the judge, indulging in delicious bites while soaking up an evening of great food, fun, and friendly competition. Don’t miss out!

Schedule of Events:
5:30-6:00pm - Arrival with served hors d'oeuvres
6:00-8:00pm - Chef presentations. Each Chef's presentation will include a paired cocktail
8:00-8:30pm - Award Presentation and mingle with the Chefs.

Chef Jenn Beach, What's Cookin' Beach
Chef Jenn is a culinary alchemist, seamlessly blending Integrative Nutrition, Ayurveda, and high-performance nutrition into vibrant, plant-based dishes that nourish both the body and soul. Chef Jenn’s Culinary Experiences is a full-service Private Chef company offering heart-centered catering, and food-centric wellness retreats to all of Southern Arizona, San Diego County, & Austin, Texas. Always sharing her love for food and the food-is-medicine modality, Jenn teaches cooking classes, throws down in collaborative pop-ups, and co-owns a seasonal Supper Club in Old-town Scottsdale called The Ayurvedic Supper Club.
Chef Adam Allison, Brightside Catering
Chef Adam Allison is an award-winning culinary talent based in Arizona, known for his bold flavors and creative approach to food. With two Food Network victories under his belt—first on Chopped in 2018 and more recently on Supermarket Stakeout—he brings both skill and showmanship to the kitchen. Adam is the owner of Brightside Catering, where he crafts personalized dining experiences as a private chef. His cooking style blends innovation with comfort, often inspired by local ingredients and global techniques.
Chef Kristen Martinez, MB Foodhouse
Kristen Martinez is the owner and operator of MB Foodhouse. She launched her concept in 2020 after a tour for her band, Moodie Black, was cancelled during the beginning of the pandemic. Since then, MB Foodhouse has gained notoriety as a pop up to food halls, taco trucks, and across state lines. Kristen and her critically acclaimed tex mex taco shop has earned a reputation for delicious hand-crafted flour tortillas and authentic family recipes.

Andi Rosenstein - The Duce
Andi Rosenstein lives by the motto "Get Comfortable," which also defined her successful Fitigues Clothing brand. After selling her company in 2006, she opened The Duce in Phoenix's warehouse district. Here, she transformed a 1965 Airstream into a kitchen, serving comfort foods reminiscent of her Grandma Rose's Sunday dinners. Signature dishes include Chicken Pot Pie in mason jars, famous Mac & Cheese muffins, and Shepard's Pie in vintage glasses. In 2025, she'll expand with Sweet Lou’s Bakery, honoring her lab, Lou, with unique treats like S’mores cheesecake. Andi's culinary storytelling is all about making people feel at home.
