The workout will start promptly at 10am. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Tickets
Tickets are $15 per person. After registration, you’ll receive an email with e-transfer instructions. The e-transfer must be sent within 2 days of receiving the instructions. Failure to send payment will result in your reservation being cancelled.
Ticket sales will end on January 15 at 9pm.

Gym Policies
- No outdoor shoes are permitted on the gym floor. Ensure you bring appropriate gym shoes
- Waivers must be completed before participating
- Dropping of weights is prohibited
Additional Information
- Arrive early to complete check-in
- This is an 18+ event
- There is a bathroom and a change room at the gym
- There is plenty of free street parking along 11th Avenue, and on 12th and 13th Street.
Physical Activity Readiness
- Lifting weights can be a strenuous activity; only those physically capable and with no medical conditions that may limit their ability to participate may complete this class

Participants are expected to respect the space and equipment.
Refund Policy
Tickets are 100% refundable if cancelled before 6pm on January 16. After that, the tickets are non-refundable. Reach out to us at [email protected] if you need to cancel your reservation.
