This workshop will cover some terms used by the egg industry, standard practices in various farming and backyard chicken/egg scenarios, the health issues chickens face associated with egg laying, alternatives to using eggs, and the ethical considerations of using another species as a food source.
Vegan eggless snacks and recipes will be available to attendees.
All are welcome! We encourage you to attend whether you
are vegan, vegetarian, or just curious about the cause.
