About this Event
During my 3 months in Southeast Asia i spent a week in Ho Chi Minh city studying with a Vietnamese chef and am excited to share what i learned.
Now my classes will only have 3 people (instead of 5) so more hands on experience and more personal guidance.
In this class we will learn to make the following:
- Ban Xeo, a crepe and will fill it with tempeh (handmade by me), sprouts, mushrooms and herbs.
-Vietnamese vegan fish sauce
-Sour soup with pineapple, tamarind, vegetables and herbs
-bananas with coconut milk
