in this hands on cooking class we will learn to make what i grew up eating in Brooklyn, Sicilian style pizza.
Sicilian style pizza is a foccacia dough. We will make the dough, a tomato sauce with eggplants and we will also make sausage out of my homemade tempeh. And then we assemble this all with some cashew mozzerella and then sit down and enjoy our creation.
This is the final cooking class i am offering before heading back to Southeast Asia for a few months. I will return in December and start offering classes and dinners again, in the winter.
