Vegan Cooking Class: Chinese Bao

in this hands on cooking class we will make Chinese bao, or steamed buns.

We will make the following:

bao dough

char siu sauce

tempeh char siu

Mushroom/vegetable filling

Tempeh char siu bao

Mushroom/vegetable bao

We will, of course be tasting these bao and you have plenty of them to take home for yourselves as well.
