The Vegan Community Cookout returns to Shreveport, Louisiana in Spring 2026.
Join us for an outdoor, family-friendly festival centered on plant-based food, wellness, culture, and community connection. The Vegan Community Cookout (VCC) is more than a cookout — it’s a gathering designed to make plant-based living accessible, joyful, and rooted in community.

The 2025 Vegan Community Cookout welcomed guests from Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma, growing into a regional movement for wellness and accessibility.
