You’re invited to a warm, supportive, and energising day designed to help you start 2025 with confidence, clarity, and genuine connection. This gathering brings together practical financial guidance and whole-person wellness in a way that feels approachable, nurturing, and deeply community-driven.

We’ll begin with a mini financial literacy workshop created to help ease the pressure of post-holiday spending and support you in mapping out a healthy financial reset for the new year. The focus is on simple, actionable insights delivered in a calm and encouraging environment.

From there, the day flows into a mind–body–soul wellness experience featuring wellness assessments, EFT, coaching, breathwork, affirmations, and additional gentle practices. Each activity is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, rebalance your energy, and build sustainable wellbeing.

We’ll close with an inviting social space, where you’re welcome to share your story, talk about what you do, highlight any events you’re hosting, or simply enjoy meaningful conversations with other women who are on their own growth journeys.

This is a safe, welcoming, and heart-led environment where you can refocus, recharge, and step into the year feeling grounded and supported. We’d love to hold space with you.
