This three hour workshop will delve into the pen plot printmaking process using machines to make art with lines. We will go over design, line formation, ink dynamics, and safe operation of the plotter. Each participant will leave with a 7 x 10” pen plot.
No technical knowledge required! Plot designs can be made from portrait reference images, or by spinning a knob on a controller. My plotting system handles the rest allowing you to experiment and create through play.
As we create with the plotter, data from our pens movement is sent to a synthesizer generating a unique ambient soundscape based on your work!
