The VCU Ladies Night casual Tuesday league is hosted by VCU’s own JJ Sun and Amanda Hoy.Our league plays at Queen Elizabeth Park every Tuesday at 6:30 pm from April 16 to August 27, 2024 (with the possibility to extend the league if the weather stays nice).
All female-identifying players of all skill levels are welcome.
We have loaner discs available for anyone without a disc.
We will play rain or shine, and since we are in Raincouver a disc golf towel as well as some waterproof gear would be nice for slopes and spots that get muddy.

・Sign up for a VanCity Disc Golf Club (free) Tier 1 membership:

・Download the UDisc app (optional) to record your score, or to
record your score in the VanCity Ladies Night League
・Show up to the practice baskets near the pond at Ontario and
33rd
Format:
・Meet and greet
・Brief overview or refresher of throws
・Disc flip to determine cards
・Play Rec 18 or two rounds of Rec 9, individuals and cards
can decide
$2 Ace Pot Option:
$100 Ace pot seed fund is provided by the VCU Club and is
available for VanCity Disc Golf Tier 2* Members, and a limited
Ace Pot based on the number of people present for that round
is available for Tier 1 members. For details, please see the VCU
