VCDC Mission Elevation Graduation Event

We are thrilled to invite you to the celebration of the completion of the Mission Elevation Cohort 7 program! Over the past year, six nonprofit organizations have dedicated themselves to strengthening their operations and sustainability through this program. Join us for an inspiring event featuring their stories of resilience and progress.

During the event, you’ll hear from each graduating nonprofit as they share their journey through the program, including insights into how they've enhanced their capacity to serve their communities and carry out their missions.

Congratulations to the graduating nonprofits: CFH, Inc., Better Housing Coalition, Southside Outreach Group, Inc., Albemarle Housing, Improvement Program, World Wide Women Group, and Tappahannock Main Street

"Can we sustain this work? Are our resources sufficient? How can we continue to serve those in need in the long term?"

The Mission Elevation Program helps nonprofits answer these critical questions by offering tailored tools and frameworks that drive organization-wide change. Participants receive customized professional coaching, peer networking support, and accountability, all aimed at building long-term sustainability.

The program's year-long structure is designed to deliver the right support at the right time, helping nonprofits in the affordable housing and community development sectors navigate any challenges they encounter.

The next class will begin in late 2026, and applications are open to all nonprofits in Virginia and surrounding regions working in community development or housing.
