Meeting Highlights:
Food: Light appetizers, coffee and tea will be provided. To help cover costs, we kindly ask
for a $30 + $3.40 (Eventbrite fee) = $33.40 contribution per attendee.

1. Opening Remarks: A welcome by one of VCAN’s founders.
Presentation: The Power of Imagery - Using Visuals to Build Trust, Brand, and
Business Growth by Kent Tong from Sceptre Portrait Studios
Kent will explore the power of imagery and how what people see often influences their
decision to do business with you. He will break down how intentional, professional
visuals strengthen your personal brand, build immediate trust, and directly impact sales.
From attracting the right clients to confidently selling your products and services, you’ll
see how the right imagery doesn’t just look good—it works for your business.
3. Member Introductions: Each attendee will have 30 seconds to:
o Introduce themselves and share their company or professional background
o Highlight how VCAN can best support their business goals or needs
4. Open Networking: The remainder of the evening will be dedicated to building connections.
