Join SOCAN Award-winning duo Scarlett Butler for a songwriting workshop that dives deep into what makes a song truly connect. From lyric shaping to melody crafting, Troy Kokol and Joni Delaurier share the tools, tricks, and real-world insights behind their work with some of Canadas top artists. Whether you're polishing a half-finished tune or starting from scratch, this session is all about helping you write songs that stick and mean something.
By signing up for a workshop you are also eligible to apply to perform with Scarlet Butler at the Rocky Mountain Listening Room on February 13. This is event 1 of 7 songwriting workshops hosted by the Rocky Mountain Listening Room for the 2025-2026 season. For more details visit rockyfolkclub.com. Note: Workshops location is different from the concert location however they all fall under the Rocky Mountain Listening Room.

While this event does not exclude children, please keep in mind that the environment will be a listening environment and any children would need to be able to remain seated for the two hours. Children will require tickets and must be accompanied by an adult.
