Please sign-up your NURSERY / PRESCHOOL age (babies through age 5) children in this form as well. School age registration (completed Kindergarten through 6th grade) will come later.
Note: We use this form below for nursery/preschool age kids because we only allow those ages for Volunteers' Children. Registration for kids who have completed K5 through Sixth Grade will be open to you and the public in a SEPARATE LINK (in a few weeks).
