In this weekend intensive for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners with at least one year of experience, we will dive into understanding the energy body through the framework of vayus, chakras and bandhas. Ancient yogis developed a useful in depth map of the energy body that still applies to modern day ways of living in the body. Learn about this framework, how to visualize and access your energy body, and ultimately use it as a tool to feel more whole and integrated in the world.
Learn how an understanding of the vayus, chakras and bandhas can help you to feel more energized, cultivate a clear/calm mind, balance your energy, and listen to the whispers of the body in a way that helps you make more informed decisions so that you can awaken to your innermost truth, power, and radiance.
Each day will include group practice, lecture/discussion, and practical applications of the tools you learn.
Weekend Schedule:
Friday: 6-8pm
Saturday: 12-6:30pm
Sunday: 10:30am-5pm
This weekend intensive will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
***This intensive counts as 15 hours towards the Laughing River Yoga 300 Hour Teacher Training Program.
