Joseph J. Peters Institute (JJPI) is pleased to launch a mental health program at Philadelphia Housing Authority’s Vaux Community Building. Vaux PATH (Partnership to Address Trauma and Healing) began in April of 2024, offering evidence-based mental health support for children and adults in the community who have experienced trauma.
Join us to celebrate Vaux PATH with an open house! The event will feature tours of the space and remarks from program and community leaders celebrating access to a continuum of mental health trauma treatment in the Vaux community.
Refreshments will be provided.
ABOUT VAUX PATH
JJPI, a subsidiary of Public Health Management Corporation, provides mental health treatment to children and adults who have experienced trauma and are having emotional, behavioral, and/or social challenges. This unique partnership and integration of PHA’s work, other community-based PHA partners, and mental health trauma treatment services through JJPI, with support from the TD Bank Foundation, will substantially increase access to a continuum of high-quality care for neighborhood residents.
