Lucie Macleod began Hair Syrup as a university student, creating DIY hair oils to repair her own damaged hair. That experiment has since grown into a multi-million-pound beauty brand, stocked by Boots, Beauty Bay, Urban Outfitters and JustMyLook and on track to reach £6.5m in annual revenue by 2026.
At this event, Lucie shares the story behind the numbers – the decisions, the doubts, the discipline and the drive! Not the highlight reel. The real thing.
