Accolades she has accumulated so far- two Blues Music Awards for “Horn Player of the Year”, and a third BMA for “Contemporary Blues Female Artist of the Year”, eight Blues Music Award Nominations (BMAs), a Blues Blast Award nomination and more.
Formed in the summer of 2019, the Alicia Maxwell Project is a 4-piece band hailing from the Delmarva area. Since coming together, the band has performed steadily at clubs and festivals, and has opened up for well-known acts, Poppa Chubby and John Nemeth.
