Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Questions can be emailed to [email protected]. The email is checked once daily by volunteers.
What is served at the dinner?
A traditional Swedish Smörgåsbord or buffet dinner is served by a team of Swedish Society volunteers. A wide variety of items are offered from fresh and roasted vegetables, to traditional Swedish Christmas Ham. Of course, you'll also need to try the famous Swedish meatballs and potatoes. Please note, no specific dietary requests are taken.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
Printed tickets are not necessary, electronic tickets are valid.
Are there opportunities to volunteer and assist?
Yes, the Lucia event is entirely put on by volunteers, email us to join the team. Many hands make light work.
How do I reserve a table?
Please purchase 8 seats and email the team at [email protected]. A limited number of tables are available for reservation.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, tickets are transferrable.
What is the refund policy?
Please email the organizer at [email protected] before November 15th for refunds. As the event is expected to be another sellout no refunds will be provided after this date.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
