Come to the Vancouver Police’s Women’s Workshop!
Open for all women interested in a career in policing. This in-person workshop will be held at the Tactical Training Centre. The workshop will include de-escalation and communication scenarios run by our Training Section and a hands-on personal safety portion run by our Women’s Personal Safety Team. You will have the chance to meet our Recruiting Detectives, ask questions, and get a firsthand look into what training looks like for police officers. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to explore a rewarding career in policing with the Vancouver Police Department.
One ticket per person. No late entry.
1. Bring photo identification
2. Complete a Par-Q form beforehand. This form will be emailed to participants prior to the event.
3. Dress comfortably and in athletic wear
