Confident Leadership In-Person Workshop

Confident Leadership is a 6-hour immersive workshop co-facilitated by Anna Gradie, PCC, CPHR and Natasha Olga Gulati, MBA, PCC.

Designed for leaders and professionals who want to strengthen their leadership presence, this workshop focuses on the practical development of confidence-related skills through self-mastery, emotional awareness, and intentional leadership practices.

Through guided facilitation, reflection, and dialogue, participants will learn tools and techniques to navigate self-doubt, work with inner narratives, and practice leading with greater clarity in high-pressure situations.
