About this Event
There isn’t one path to what makes a great leader. As we grow and experience new situations and responsibilities, we often face new challenges that require us to think differently, make decisions and act towards what we feel is the best outcome. These situations can often feel conflicting where we doubt ourselves and our abilities, procrastinate or even avoid the situation.
The purpose of this workshop is to reflect upon and prepare for those challenging situations we face as leaders to be more effective at managing them. Through this event, we will explore how our values impact the way we lead and gain clarity of why we feel conflicted towards specific situations. Once we have clarity, we will explore ways of overcoming our obstacles that impact us from our true potential as leaders.
This workshop will cover:
- Understand how our values impact our day to day as leaders
- Focus on how we can lead through our values
- Explore ways to become more confident when addressing difficult situations
