A women’s support group intended to build a community of women who root for each other and support each other in our own journeys.
About this Event

Val(U) - Value you is a women's support group where we express vulnerability, create community, give prompts and activities. We talk about our dreams and the things we can reflect on - with that we hold each other accountable and geuninely root for each other in the process of becoming our best self. Each session has its different theme and intentions. With February being the month of love this sessions theme is self love and we are holding conversation pits with maybe an activity provided.

If you are a girl interested in meeting new friends who root for each other, who value theirselves and want to come together as one. Please please join us February 16th.

The spaces are limited ( there is a capacity of 8 people ). Address and all information will be emailed once seat is purchased. This event is free.
