Valor San Antonio Parent Lecture: Kids' Brains and Screens

We are excited to announce our first "Fully Alive and Truly Free" parent workshop of the year will take place on February 4 at 6:00 pm at Valor Kyle.

Jan Hochstetler, an Ambassador from ScreenStrong, will be joining us for a 90-minute workshop on Kids’ Brains & Screens.

This workshop combines a thorough presentation of the latest research on the harmful effects of screen use on children’s brains with practical, evidence-based guidance on minimizing these effects at home.

Jan is an author, retired school leader, and nationally recognized speaker who brings years of experience with her. We are looking forward to hosting her next month! This is a parent-only event.
