The Valley Of Flowers, a UNESCO Heritage site, is Nature's bouquet snuggled in the western Himalayan region of Uttarakhand. The Valley Of Flower trek goes through dense forests and can be reached there by crossing many bridges, glaciers, and waterfalls on the way. Explore Valley of Flowers, Hemkund Sahib, Badrinath and Mana with our exclusively guided trekking tour, while you enjoy your stay in comfortable accommodations. Enroute we will cover Devaprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag and Vishnuprayag.
TOUR ITINERARY:
July 26, Sunday : Pick up from Rishikesh and drive down to Govindghat. About 10 hours drive. Enroute we will cover Devaprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnaprayag, Nandaprayag and Vishnuprayag. Overnight stay at Ganga Resort. Reserved car for us. No sharing of car with anyone other than our group members.
July 27, Monday : Govindghat to Badrinath and Mana (First village of India) and back by our reserved Car. Overnight stay at Ganga Resort. At Mana Village you will be required to walk up and down the hilly road to explore the village of Ved Vyas, Lord Ganesha and the Pandavas. Here you will find the gushing Saraswati river.
July 28, Tuesday : Govindghat to Pulna drop ( a short driving distance of 4kms). Here no reserved cars are allowed and for this stretch only we have to take a shared taxi. Trek from Pulna (2100 metres) - Ghangaria (3200 metres) - 10 kms trek. Overnight stay at Kuber Annexe. This trek will be moderately challenging requiring a good level of fitness as you go up hill.
July 29, Wednesday : Trek to Valley of Flowers from Ghangharia (5kms trek one way). Return and night stay at Kuber Annexe, Ghangharia. Trek from Ghangharia altitude 3200 metres to Valley of Flowers altitude 3250 metres. The Valley of Flowers trek is generally considered an easy to moderate trek, suitable for both beginners and experienced trekkers. The trail involves gradual ascents and descents, with some steeper sections, and requires a decent level of fitness. The trek offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, including glimpses of snow-capped peaks like Neelkanth and Hathi Parvat.
July 30, Thursday : Trek to Hemkund Sahib (6kms trek one way) from Ghangharia. Return and stay in Ghangharia. Trek from Ghangharia 3200 metres to Hemkund Sahib 4300 metres. This trek will be a difficult one for non experienced trekkers and will need good level of fitness with no breathing problems.
July 31, Friday : Return Ghanghria to Pulna (10kms trek). Drive down from Pulna to Govindghat, Ganga Resort. This stretch will be by shared taxi as no reserved cars are allowed. Overnight stay.
Aug 1, Saturday : Check out from Govindghat after breakfast and drive down to Rishikesh for drop (return time it will take about 10 hours). Reserved Car for us.
FOOD PLAN:
Starting with Lunch on July 26 to Lunch on Aug 1, 2026. Food will include breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner in between (packed lunch as and when required as per itinerary).
ACCOMMODATION:
Double bed rooms with attached bath.
3 nights stay (July 26, 27 & 31) at Govindghat, Ganga Resort
3 nights stay (July 28, 29 & 30) at Ghangharia, Kuber Annexe
LUGGAGE SIZE & LIMITATIONS : 15 Kg for Check in Luggage (medium size) and 7kg for cabin luggage
MUST CARRY : 2 pairs of waterproof trekking shoes, Raincoat, Umbrella, Cap, Sunglass, Sun cream, Torch, One pair of Slippers for Hotel use, Medicines you need, Trekking trousers, One small back pack for carrying water bottle and dry fruits for trekking and Original and 2 photocopies of your Adhar/Voter ID.
PORTER / MULES AVAILABILITY :
1. Porters are available for carrying your luggage. Maximum weight that one Porter can carry is 30Kg.
2. Mules are available for carrying your luggage upto about 60Kg. For increase in weight, charges will increase.
3. Mules are available for a person to ride incase you find it difficult to trek. Charges will depend on body weight.
4. Porters with baskets are also available for carrying a person, if you find it difficult to trek. Here again charges will depend on body weight.
5. Porters and Mules are available for use all throughout from Pulna and back in all places and also to and from Hemkund Sahib. But Mules are not allowed inside the Valley of Flowers. Only Porters with baskets to carry persons are allowed.
Package Inclusions
1. Food as per our Food plan mentioned
2. All entry fees and permits whichever is required for trek.
3. Guide at Valley of Flowers only
4. Transportation for transfers.
Package Exclusions
1. Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance (Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
2. Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
3. Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change / upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
4. Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghangharia and back
5. Hire charges for mules / porters / equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or personal luggage
6. Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
7. Charges for camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
8. Any food or beverages outside our Food plan
9. Charges for helicopter ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
10. Any tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
11. Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
DISCLAIMER:
Although we provide our best of services, we will not take any responsibility for any car mechanical problems or for any electricity fluctuations IN STAYING ACCOMMODATIONS. We will also not be responsible for any sudden road blocks (although this is unusual at this time of the year). No adjustments in rates will be made in such eventuality.

PAYMENT:
1. On booking please pay 20% amount
2. The next 30% to be paid 150 days before departure
3. The final payment of 50% to be paid 120 days before departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY : :
1) 50% will be deducted for cancellations at any time before 150 days of the day of departure.
3) 100% will be deducted for cancellations at any time between 0 to 149 days of the day of departure
