Eric Termuende, the Co-Founder of NoW of Work and author of Rethink Work, is VBK's 2026 speaker. As co-founder of NoW of Work, Eric drives workplace innovation and has been recognized as one of American Express’s Top 100 Emerging Innovators. Instead of wasting time trying to predict what’s next, Eric has leaders better understand the specific steps needed to focus on building incredible teams that thrive in the face of adversity and uncertainty.
