Dinner Entrée Options:
- Roasted chicken quarters (white or dark) with a white wine lemon sauce on side paired with: buttery garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans
- Lemon herb roasted salmon paired with Zucchini medley, and smashed garlic parmesan potatoes
- Vegetarian: Spinach and mushroom stuffed shells with a side of green beans
