Join me in showing some love for the outdoors on 14th February on my next group Talk & Walk. It will take us on a classic walk from the lovely villages of Castor to Alwalton along riverside paths, through grassy meadows and and along lakeside tracks. It's an opportunity to meet other like-minded people (women only), to talk and share if you wish, as well as enjoying a bit of mindfulness, exercise and relaxation in nature.
