About this Event
Join Gabby and Nicole for an hour and a half of fun partner-based poses! Bring your significant other, best friend, or favorite yoga buddy for a heart-opening evening of movement, laughter, and mindful connection.
You’ll flow through fun and accessible partner poses designed to build trust, deepen connection, and enhance communication, all while enjoying the joyful energy of community. After class, stay and mingle with roses, chocolate-covered strawberries, and drinks!
Instructor Descriptions:
Nicole is a passionate YogaSix Ashburn instructor who brings warmth, energy, and authenticity to every class she teaches. After earning her 200-hour yoga teacher certification through the YogaSix Teacher Training Program, she now leads Hot and Sculpt & Flow classes each week.
When she’s not on the mat guiding students through mindful movement, you’ll find her working in the studio, greeting members, and connecting with the community. Nicole loves meeting new people, sharing her love of yoga, and helping students feel strong, confident, and balanced—both in and out of class.
