About this Event
A time to disconnect from our phones and connect with eachother and our creativity. Creating a mandala is a form of medititative art and is about the process of creativity being mindful and beneficial for our wellbeing.
Using a compass you will be guided through creating a circular geometric pattern and then following your own creative instincts you will make your own peice of art. The process of making a mandala helps quieten the mind and relaxes the body enabling you to to tap into a more reflective state.
All materials will be provided. You’ll have the choice to work with watercolours, markers, or colouring pencils, allowing you to explore the mediums you enjoy most.
No artistic experience is needed — this workshop is about exploration, creativity, and making art together
There will be tea, snacks, quiet time, chats and time for refelction and sharing.
