What To Expect: A relxaning experience with a shift in energry flow.
What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated and extra layers to cozy up in after class. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props for class, but we would recommend that you bring a blanket.
When to Arrive: Arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructors and feel settled.
