Valentine's event - A journey into the Heart

❤️ We warmly welcome everybody for a heartfelt evening together ❤️
Valentine’s day, a day dedicated to love and to the arrow-shooting god of ancient Rome, Cupid. What if this year round, we would let that arrow of love land in our own heart? And what if we would let that love pierce all the layers we have put around our hearts? What if we would bring our focus and attention exactly there, in the centre of our own heart?
This is exactly what we will do this year. This evening will be a moment to 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 and open up to the abundant source of love that we can find all the time around us.
❤️ 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕?
We want to create a cosy evening together, an evening in which we allow ourselves to take the time to 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. We will do this through various exercises, and with the 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼. We will aim to enter into the precious depths of our hearts and open our hearts to love in an active and enthusiastic way.
We will start the evening with some connecting exercises and a meditation to arrive into the heart-space that we will create together.
Then we will drink the ceremonial cacao and enjoy the support of this holy plant in our own internal process. Then it is time to go on a journey through the senses, guided by the temple priestesses. All this combined with some small artistic expressions and poetic moments, as a tool to open our hearts and awaken our souls.
We will also have some short talks about love as a universal energy, which doesn’t only manifest in couple relationships, but in every aspect of our daily life.
Loving more and opening the heart is not just for couples or people already in a relationship, that's why this event is open to everyone, singles as well as couples. Although the aim of this event is not to find a date, we wouldn’t want to stop you from doing that :)

Padmini is a very enthusiastic and passionate tantra and yoga practitioner, who loves to offer tantric massages and inspire people around her to go deeper inside and to awaken their hearts.
She went to her first yoga class in her teens and was very fascinated by the ancient teachings, so she decided to take a 200 hr yoga alliance certificate and travelled to India to discover more.
Now she has been practising yoga and tantra for more than a decade and is extremely grateful to be on this beautiful path, which helps her to discover more of herself and the ultimate reality each day,
which she is longing to share with others.
Lalita is a tantra masseur, tantra for women teacher, yoga teacher and podcaster. She started practising tantra in 2018 and her main focus is on transformation. In 2018 Lalita discovered tantra and she’s been on a transformative journey ever since. Her personal practice is devotional and focussed on love. With her professional background in classical music and sound healing, she easily connects with beauty and elegance.
