Valentine's Day Tea Ceremony and Vibrational Sound Bath
Join us for a relaxing and heart-opening experience this Valentine's Day from Seventh Wave Sound Healing in collaboration with The Empty Tea Cup.
Let's start our journey together by gathering around an earthen kettle and take part in a meditative tea ceremony. Through mindful brewing practices, we'll commune with the energies of fire, water and earth. Welcoming the aid of Camellia Sinensis to settle the senses, set intention, and let the dust of the world fall away... As the tea moves through the body, we prepare the nervous system to soften and receive.
Grounded with calm open hearts from our Tea Ceremony, we will then drift into bliss with a Vibrational Sound Bath designed to soothe your soul. The vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other subtle frequencies guide the body and mind into deep rest and integration. Tea opens the door, sound carries you home.
This is a ceremony of listening: first with the senses, then with the whole being. Come connect, and slow down with us this Valentine's Day. This will be an intimate setting with limited tickets available, so reserve your spot today.
IMPORTANT SOUND BATH INSTRUCTIONS (for your comfort):
1) For the sound bath portion of the event, we will be on the floor, as such bring a yoga mat or cushioned mat as your base. Bring as many pillows and blankets you may like to get comfortable. It is nice to have at least two pillows - one for under your head and one under your knees.
2) Bring an eye mask if you have one (also available for $1 - please have exact change)
3) Wear comfortable clothing, cozy socks
