And with this being the year of the Fire Horse, red holds even more meaning.The Tea House welcomes back Washington's favorite dynamic tea duo, Laurie and Charles Dawson of Whatcom Tea Enthusiast Association. They'll be bringing their love of red teas and the Lunar New Year to Oak Harbor.
