Deposits and Refund Policy: We understand that things happen and try to be flexible when it comes to your experience. If we need to cancel a charter, passengers will be notified as soon as possible and charter fee will be refunded via Peek within one to four business days. All charges are nonrefundable with an exception to weather and conditions. If you would like to add on another hour to your charter, there will be an extra $100 charge.
