Valentine's Day Rib Dinner
Get ready for a mouth-watering experience this Valentine’s Day! Join us in person for a night filled with juicy ribs, cocktail flights, good vibes, great jazz, and great company. Whether you're celebrating with your special someone or just love some finger-lickin' good food, this dinner’s gonna be a blast. Cocktails and Jazz, Valentine's Edition - With Charlie Milo and now featuring Whistle Pig's famous Rib Dinner.
Limited Dinner reservations available, from 4 to 8 PM, for Whistle Pig's famous ribs. This baby back rib dinner will be plated with a half rack of ribs, spicy bbq beans, elote, and a baked potato (butter and sour cream included).
We are ofering a vegetarian option featuring King Oyster mushroom ribs on a bed of potato and mushroom hash seasoned to perfection, spicy bbq beans, and elote.
Both entree choices are $38 and includes your first beer, soft drink, or glass of house wine.
Because you deserve it you can add a side of sweet honey jalepeno corn bread for $5.95

It is Valentines Day, which deserves a little something extra, we will be offering a flight of 4 full sized cocktails featuring Pure Distilling's:
- Daiquiri
- Sun Donkey (lemon vodka mule)
- Deuce-a-rita (whiskey sour)
- Coloradoroni (their Colorado spin on a Negroni)
The perfect addition to a night of jazz, a plate of ribs, and your favorite someone. ORder your flight from your server the day of the event.
Come for the ribs (served by reservation only from 4 to 8 PM), stay for the cocktails and Jazz, or come for the cocktails and jazz, or just Jazz (Charlie Milo takes the stage at 7 PM).
This night promises something for everyone.

ALLERGY INFO: As a brewery, we are unable to guranty allergine free or gluten free. None of the dishes are made with gluten including the cornbread. There is a chance however of mild cross contamination as we are a brewery and grain is in almost everything we do. If you have allergy concerns or other dietarty needs let us know.
SEATING: Seating for the event is limited and the rib dinner is reserved to a portion of the seating. Folks attending for Jazz and cocktails seating and tables are on first come first serve basis. Dinner seating is limited to 1 hour -1:30 depending on the size of the party. See your server with any questions.
