Please join ShaSha’s Wine Club as we celebrate Love with an Unforgettable Valentine’s DinnerThe evening will begin at 6:00 PM with a cocktail hour featuring a beautifully arranged cheese and charcuterie display along with a selection of chef-curated passed hors d’oeuvres.
By 6:45 PM, the four-course dinner will begin.
The first course will feature a rich lobster bisque with a cheddar dill cracker.
(paired with Sauvignon Blanc)
Followed by a refreshing mesclun salad with pear, walnuts, and goat cheese.
(paired with Chardonnay)
For the entrée, guests may select from:
Filet Mignon with red wine reduction, garlic mashed potatoes, and asparagus
(paired with Cabernet Sauvignon)
Seared Tuna Steak with soy miso glaze, vegetable rice stir fry
(paired with Cabernet Sauvignon)
Mediterranean Vegetable Ravioli with red pepper and basil cream, micro greens (vegan option)
(paired with Cabernet Sauvignon)
Capping off the evening, guests will enjoy espresso-laced chocolate mousse and Kahlua-soaked ladyfinger cookies, paired with Champagne as we raise a glass to love and romance.
