Sellers: We ask that all games to be auctioned be dropped off at the store no sooner than Sunday February 8th, 2026 and no later than close of business Friday February 13th. We reserve the right to end the collection of auction items should we reach capacity and encourage people to drop off early as this outcome is extremely likely. Each lot may contain multiple items but must be sold collectively as part of that lot. We may limit the number of lots each seller can submit, and reserve the right to refuse any auction lot for any reason. You will be able to set a minimum bid if you choose on individual items or entire lots. You will receive store credit equal to the high bid purchase price of any of your items that sell. Credit will be allocated to your account the following business day of receipt of payment from the buyer. We do not take any percentage of the sale, we simply credit your account an equal amount as to what is paid.
Buyers: The early bird gets the worm! Each person will receive a bid sheet that will allow them to bid on any item after they've had a chance to examine them. The bid sheet will be time stamped when handed into the store staff. If two or more bidders tie for the highest bid, the earliest bid will take precedence. Bid sheets will not be accepted after 3pm. Please, whole dollar bids only.
All: Our staff will be on hand to process auctions until 7pm. Buyers who are present at 4pm will have the opportunity to pick up their purchases. Buyers who are not present will be notified of their winning bid, and will have 1 week to pick up their items.
