⏰ When: Friday, February 14th, 2026 | 6:15 PM - 7:05 PM
Each couple receives a gift bag as a keepsake of the experience, complete with a single rose.
✨ What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat, Large Bolster, Small Bolster and 2 Blankets are provided. You may bring Comfort items such as pillows to create your perfect relaxation setup.
- Dress in cozy, comfortable clothing.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted after 6:15 PM.

About Serenity Sounds
Serenity Sounds offers sound therapy experiences designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Hosted by Certified Sound Facilitator Adriana Dobbs, our sound baths use the power of sound and vibration to support physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
A sound bath offers a way to invite a time of harmony and balance for the body, allowing your body to focus its energy on restoration. Lavender essential oil benefits include reducing stress, brain function support & promote a peaceful state.
This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivites, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:00 pm. Please do not knock.
