About this Event
Flow into February with a 45-min Pilates workout experience and mindful breath + journaling on the beach with Flow Pilates Club in Santa Monica. Grab your friends (or your lover) and your fave workout set and get ready to work your core and connect with an amazing community.
s a community rooted in ocean-inspired movement. Guided by one of Pilates’ core principles, flow, we create unique pop-up experiences across the West Coast that invite you to move, breathe, and find your calm in nature.
What to Expect:
9:00a: Check-in & mingle with the community! We encourage wearing pink/red/neutrals! 💗
9:15a: 45 min Mat Pilates led by Flow Instructor Kate Lew (Flow by Kate)
10:00a: Grab your swag bag and cntinue mingling with your community!
All guests will receive a wellness swag bag filled with our favorite wellness goodies.
Towels will be provided for class, but if you require more support or have a favorite mat, please bring your own! Please bring your own water.

Paid parking at Lot 5 South is recommended: https://www.santamonica.gov/places/parking-lots/lot-5-south. You can also try your luck with paid street parking or free parking deeper in Santa Monica.
Once you park, you'll walk down the wooden path and we'll be right on the right or left. Look out for a cute beach setup. :)
