This Valentine’s Day, step away from the world and into the warm, sophisticated embrace of First Edition Canberra. We’ve set the scene for an evening of pure culinary romance with a curated 4-course dining experience.
4-Course Symphony of Flavour:
* Amuse Bouche: Smoked Salmon with lime aioli and caviar.
* Entree: Herb-crusted lamb backstrap, stracciatella mousse, and poached apricots.
* Mains: Scotch fillet with black garlic jus OR charcoal-grilled trout with brown butter and pancetta crumbs. (alternate drop)
* Dessert: Lemon myrtle basque cheesecake with Amarena cherries.
