During this in-person event, you will be guided through breathwork ,with Lori Engel from Willow Sage Loft, that will help you release stress, increase vitality, and promote deeper self-awareness.
After the breathwork, you will integrate and relax to the sound of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other gentle instruments , creating a harmonious space for healing and meditation with Laura Schmitt from Free Will Healing.
No prior experience is necessary to participate in this event. Just come with an open mind and a desire to relax and restore.
