Four-Course or Six-Course Fine Dining: Indulge in an exquisite meal prepared by our master chefs, with the option to select either a four-course or six-course menu on checkout, featuring the finest local ingredients and flavors.

Six-Course Menu: Elevate your evening with an extended dining experience, featuring signature dishes, artisanal desserts, and elegant wine pairings (wine is not included in the cost and is additional).Canape :Blistered cherry tomato, balsamic pearls, basil, red onion , olive ( served on Chinese spoon )Chive blini, smoked salmon, lumpfish caviar, micro celery
Amuse bouche:
2 oysters per person
2 natural & 2 with pomegranate and cucumber salsa
Starters:
Tiger prawn, ndjua butter, chives, feta, herb oil
Or
Honey roasted beetroot, goats cheese mousse, beetroot textures (pickled, carpaccio and puree) lavosh crumb, pine nuts, crispy rocket
Mains:
Lamb rump, roasted artichoke hearts, asparagus tips, crispy kale, blackberry puree, caramelised mint, red wine jus

Cajun roasted chicken breast, blackened corn salsa, roasted red pepper & harissa yoghurt, roasted baby potatoes with olives and red onion, herb oil
Cheese course:
2 local cheeses with pairing (I.e kikorangi blue with fig, tetihi cheddar with raw honeycomb)

Allely Estate In-House Events Terms and Conditions:
– Tickets are not refundable but we do reserve the right to transfer to other Allely Estate Events at our discretion, which may incur a $20 booking fee per ticket and subject to availability.
– Purchased tickets cannot be automatically transferred and any transfer is at Allely Estate’s sole discretion which may incur a $20 booking fee per ticket. Tickets cannot be onsold.
– Should an extreme situation outside of Allely Estate’s control occur, ie natural disaster or cancelled entertainment, then we will rebook an alternate date.
– Only tickets purchased from Allely Estate or via their Eventbrite listed event are legitimate. Tickets purchased 2nd hand or by others claiming to be selling on behalf of Allely Estate are not valid. We keep a list of purchasers to know the validity of tickets sold.– Transfer requests made within 7 days of an event may not be able to have dietary requests met.
– Allely Estate reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions without notice.
